The EGESUR organization is conformed by the following managements and control units:

-Technical Commercial Management
-Administration and Finances Management
-Internal Audit


Each one of the managements has to their position areas that make specific workings. The functions of the managements are described next.

GENERAL MANAGEMENT

The General Management is the organ of high Direction in charge to plan, to organize, to direct, to coordinate and to control the activities of the other areas of the company in agreement with the plans, programs, policies and objectives approved by the Directory, as well as the emission of directors and norms that support the efficient operation the company, in the operative, administrative aspects, of control, of development and investments.

OPERATIONS' MANAGEMENT

It is the area of line of the General Management in charge of the operation and maintenance of the generation power stations, lines of communication and system of telecommunications, to obtain the production and programmed provision of energy, in the best conditions of quality, trustworthiness, security and rational use of the resources.

TECHNICAL COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT

It has the responsibility to provide and to optimize the EGESUR income, by means of commercialization of the energy and own power or the third and development of investment projects.

ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCES MANAGEMENT

It has the responsability to organize, to direct and to coordinate the activities of Personnel, Logistic, Accounting and Treasury within the policies authorized by the Directory and framed in Manual of Norms and the Procedures and the Budget of EGESUR.

INTERNAL AUDIT

It is the technical organ of control of EGESUR, employee of the Directory, ordered to program, to plan, to lead, to execute and to evaluate the actions of control (special audits and examinations) in all the areas of the company, in accordance with the norms of the National System of Control and effective legal devices.

INTERNAL LEGAL ADVICE

It is the advisory body of the General Management and Board of Directors of the Company, is responsible to advise, consult and make recommendations acquitted of a legal nature, as well as ensure the protection of the company in judicial or administrative proceedings in accordance with the provisions of the General Management.

AREA PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT CONTROL

It is a department under the General Management, responsible for ensuring the competitiveness of the Company, through the business planning, monitoring of general management and optimization of production activities and administration.
