5. Sanctions

The breach of the dispositions anticipated in the present Code of Ethics of EGESUR and the Code Frame of Ethics of the Workers of the Companies of the State will be considered, according to corresponds, like labour lack according to the labour norms and the Internal procedures of Work of the Companies, administrative lack according to determines that the conducts constitute punishable actions according to the Law No. 27588, la Ley No. 27815 y la Ley No 27444, and lack of corporative character in accordance with the Director of Directors approved by the Directory of FONAFE and with the corresponding dispositions of the General Law of Societies.
